This phase is a "Sky's the Limit" benefit including but not limited to these services:

  • Ongoing coaching with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Help and assistence in meal planning adn prepping
  • Gym motivation and follow up
  • Text , phone, email, coffee shop acces to me as your girlfriend to help support your changes
  • Weekly assessment and evaluation sessions to make those weak points managed and eventually conquered
