This budle option encompasses all Three Phases as well as assistence and support after the formal 8 weeks included in Phase Three.
Phase One (Dejunk the Junk and Let Go of Habits that are Not Contributing to your Success)
One hour in your kitchen, face to face, evaluating what you are consuming and ditching all the food that doesnlt Befriend your body.
I will be walking through your daily habits and pinpointing your daily habits that are effecting your overall health.
We will start building an enviroment to support your goals
Introduction Items we will cover in Phase One:
- Your goals and desired outcomes
- Target weak points and negative health habits that may be holding you back
- DEJUNK the JUNK in your kitchen and pantry - Focusing on FOOD and Consumption
- Face to Face, Side by Side action toward your best self by making a plan
- Girl talk and build a genuine friendship in addition to my health coaching
This is a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE! I know it can feel vulnerable to open up and allow me in your home but I want to help and I want to Befriend you as you create the body, overcome the limiting beliefs and cultivate thefuture success you deserve.
Phase Two (Replace the Norm and Change your Enviroment)
This is where we introduce the BETTER WAY! Yes! We are going SHOPPING!
This phase includes these steps:
- Shopping together to replace the junk we disposed of, in phase one, with better quality (budget approved) food.
- Going over meal plans and creating a meal prep schedule that is tailored to you and your lifestyle
- Creating enviromental changes to set you up for success in terms of your known weaknesses from Phase One
I want to be there every step of the way as you start over with what you are consuming. It can be difficult to learn to cook certain foods for healthy meals so I am here. I can help you build healthy meals to start promoting the best function of your body.
Phase 3 (The real change maker- 8 Week Access after completing Phase One and Phase Two)
Accountability is key! Phase Three is where you get 8 weeks unlimited acces to me as a coach and friend.
This phase is a "Sky's the Limit" benefit including but not limited to these services:
- Ongoing coaching with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Help and assistence in meal planning adn prepping
- Gym motivation and follow up
- Text , phone, email, coffee shop acces to me as your girlfriend to help support your changes
- Weekly assessment and evaluation sessions to make those weak points managed and eventually conquered
